To get started, please visit our Contact Us page and complete the inquiry form. This helps us gather the necessary details to provide you with the most accurate and tailored proposal for your event.

Booking

Once you’ve decided on the perfect service for your event, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your bartender and mobile bar for your event date. This deposit guarantees that your date is locked in, and allows us to begin the exciting planning process!

Planning

After your deposit is made, we begin the planning phase! We’ll send you a simple questionnaire:

Step 1: Menu Planning – Here, we’ll collaborate on your signature cocktails and customize everything you want behind the bar for your event.

Step 2: Event Day Details – This covers all the crucial information we need to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day!

Shopping

Once you approve the final menu and bar setup, Pour Decisions will provide you with a detailed shopping list. We also recommend stores with great return policies and a strong understanding of our services to make your shopping experience easier.

Execution

On the day of your event, our team will arrive 1 to 2 hours before the event, depending on the service selected. Based on the details provided in the second questionnaire, we’ll ensure the setup and service go off without a hitch!
