Are You Licensed and Insured?
Yes, all of our bartenders are certified in alcohol service and fully trained to ensure safe and responsible pouring. We also carry a liquor liability insurance policy and a general liability policy, so you can feel confident and covered.

Can you offer a cash bar?
Unfortunately, Arizona & Illinois laws prevents us from handling any cash transactions related to alcohol sales. We strictly comply with state regulations regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol, ensuring your event stays legal and hassle-free.

Do you charge a fee for traveling to events?
We love to travel! For events located outside of our radius, a travel fee may apply, depending on the distance. We’ll provide a customized quote based on your location and specific needs.

What is your deposit policy?
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. For events booked on short notice, a larger deposit may be necessary. The deposit guarantees our availability and ensures we can begin preparing for your special day.

When should we reserve your services?
We recommend booking us as soon as you’ve confirmed your venue. It’s important that your venue allows outside vendors before securing our services. Once that’s settled, we can lock in your date and start planning your perfect event!

Can you supply the alcohol?
Because of Arizona liquor laws, we are unable to provide alcohol directly. Instead, we’ll create a detailed shopping list based on your selected menu, so you can purchase everything you need from your preferred store. This gives you the freedom to control your budget and select your favorite brands.

How many bartenders will I need for my event?
This depends on the size of your guest list and the complexity of the drinks being served. We typically recommend one bartender per 75 guests for smooth service. We can guide you through the best staffing options based on your event details.

Can you work with my event planner?
Absolutely! We regularly collaborate with event planners and vendors to ensure seamless coordination. We’re happy to be part of a larger planning team to make your event a success.

What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Chicago, Phoenix, and their surrounding areas. However, we’re happy to discuss travel options for events outside these regions (additional fees may apply).
